2025: A Year of Nourishment, Strength & Coming Home to Ourselves

As 2025 comes to a close, I find myself reflecting with deep gratitude.

This year wasn’t about perfection.
It wasn’t about chasing smaller bodies, tighter schedules, or doing more.

For many of us, 2025 was about listening.
Listening to our bodies.
Listening to our energy.
Listening to the quiet nudge that said, something needs to change.

I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside women who:

  • Were exhausted but kept showing up anyway

  • Ate “clean” yet still struggled with fatigue, cravings, and stubborn weight

  • Felt disconnected from their bodies after years of caring for everyone else first

  • Were navigating perimenopause, stress, inflammation, or hormonal shifts quietly and bravely

And together, we slowed things down.

We focused on nourishment over restriction.
Strength over punishment.
Consistency over intensity.
Regulation over hustle.

I am so proud of each and everyone of you!

What 2025 Taught Us

This year reminded us that:

  • Cortisol matters more than willpower

  • Blood sugar balance changes everything (energy, mood, hormones, and metabolism)

  • Nervous system support is not optional; it’s foundational

  • Strength training is empowering, not intimidating

  • Healing doesn’t happen by doing more, it happens by doing what’s right for your body

I watched women reclaim confidence, improve digestion, sleep better, reduce inflammation, and feel at home in their bodies again, often for the first time in years.

And that never gets old. As I write this in a blizzard, my heart is so full, I am reminiscing of so many encounters with each of you, from some picking up heavier dumbbells for the first time in over a year, to others who thought they could never lose the weight. LOOK AT YOU NOW!

Thank You

If you trusted me with your health this year, THANK YOU
If you showed up to a workout, a consultation, a workshop, or an education talk, THANK YOU
If you read a post, shared one, or quietly followed along, THANK YOU

Your willingness to learn, to unlearn, and to care for yourself differently matters more than you know.

This community is built on real women, real bodies, real seasons and I’m deeply honored to be part of your journey.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we move into a new year, my hope for you is simple:

That you continue to nourish your body with intention.
That you strengthen yourself physically, mentally, emotionally.
That you reclaim your energy, your confidence, and your sense of self.

You are not behind.
Your body is not broken.
And sustainable health is absolutely possible at any age and any stage.

Thank you for being here.
Thank you for trusting the process.
And thank you for allowing me to do the work I love most.

With gratitude,
Toddia
